Money-Back Guarantee Policy

To allow customers to properly evaluate the product, one filter cartridge may be used during the 30-day trial period.

To qualify for a refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

The used filter cartridge does not need to be returned, as it has been installed and exposed to water during normal use.
All other items included with the original order must be returned, including the tap filter housing, adapters, accessories, manuals, unused filter cartridges, and any other components supplied with the product.
The tap filter housing must be completely dry before it is returned. Please allow it to air dry thoroughly after use before packaging it for return to help prevent moisture damage during shipping. Returns received with excess moisture or water inside the housing may be refused or subject to a reduced refund if the condition of the product has been affected.
The original product packaging must be returned.
Only one filter cartridge may be used for testing purposes. Any additional filter cartridges included in the order must remain unused and be returned.
Refunds may be reduced or denied if required items, unused cartridges, or the original packaging are not returned.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned items have been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
