Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
Please note that return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
In these cases, Velpure will:
- Cover the return shipping costs
- Provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable
